What to include in your message

A useful first message contains four facts and five questions. The facts are the transmission model code, the quantity, the destination, and whether you are supplying cores, drawing on the core service, or ordering finished units without a core arrangement. The questions are: what scope of work applies to this model code, does the full process sequence and the 100% dyno inspection apply to every unit in the order, what test data and quality inspection record will accompany each unit, what warranty terms apply, and what packing, trade terms, and payment terms apply. A message that contains those facts and questions can be answered precisely, while a message that states only a general interest cannot. Please confirm the minimum order quantity and the lead time before placing an order, and please confirm the core acceptance criteria and return terms before shipping a core.

What this page does not publish

This page does not publish a telephone number, an email address, or a street address. The company base stated on this site is Guangzhou, China. A buyer who needs a telephone number, an email address, or a street address should request the current details through the inquiry form and should verify them before use.

After you send a message

After sending a message, keep a copy of what you sent, including the model code, the quantity, and the questions you asked. When a reply arrives, check it against your original questions: does it confirm the scope for your model code, does it confirm the test coverage for every unit, does it state what record accompanies each unit, does it state the warranty terms, and does it state the packing and commercial terms. If any question is unanswered, ask it again before placing an order, rather than treating silence as agreement. A written confirmation that answers all five questions is the proper basis for an order; a general assurance is not.
